Contact and scope

This notice covers the Thinking Forward website, project enquiries and training waitlists. For questions about this website or your information, contact Jakub Polec at jakub@jakubpolec.com.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use that information to reply and discuss your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, confidential client records or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Training waitlists

We save your email address, the program you select, and the time of your registration and consent. Each program has a separate waitlist.

Thinking Forward uses your registration to contact you about the selected program’s cohort dates, delivery schedule and enrolment. Joining a waitlist does not subscribe you to other program lists.

A waitlist registration records interest. It does not create a course booking or payment obligation. We confirm the schedule and commercial terms before enrolment.

Training purchases

When online enrolment is available, Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Our payment integration records the selected program, amount, currency, payment status, Stripe session reference and purchase email. Card details are handled by Stripe.

After verified payment, you can provide the participant’s name, company, role and training goals. We use those details to organise the training. Purchases do not add you to a marketing or waitlist subscription. Read Stripe’s privacy policy.

Hosting and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and stores waitlist registrations in a private database in our Cloudflare account. Registration records are not published on the website. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical browser signals to help detect automated submissions.

Your browser also sends technical request information to service providers when it loads website resources. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details about its processing.

Fonts and external links

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. This creates requests from your browser to Google. See Google’s privacy policy.

Booking and profile links take you to Calendly or LinkedIn. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. Opening an email link uses your chosen email application.

Storage and retention

The training waitlist has no automatic expiry. You can request removal at any time. Website access and security processing are handled by the hosting provider. This website does not provide a public directory of registrations.

Your choices

Registration is optional. You can withdraw your interest or request access, correction or removal by emailing jakub@jakubpolec.com. Please name the program or ask us to remove you from all training waitlists.

We will update this page if the website’s handling of information changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
